Refund and Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are research-use-only materials that cannot be re-verified, re-certified, or resold once shipped, all sales are final.

  • Orders cannot be returned once delivered
  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or improper ordering
  • Customers are responsible for verifying order details before purchase

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery
  • You must provide:
    • Clear photos of the packaging and product
    • A description of the issue
    • Your order number

  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (in rare cases where appropriate)

4. Shipping Issues

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier:

  • Purigenix Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Risk of loss transfers upon carrier confirmation of delivery

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.


5. Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Use outside of intended research purposes
  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Orders seized or delayed due to regulatory or customs issues
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy.

  • We maintain detailed transaction and shipping records
  • All disputes will be formally contested with supporting documentation
  • Accounts engaging in abusive chargeback activity may be restricted
